We have introduced several improvements to enhance visibility, reporting, and filtering in the Ads Automation module of the Discovery Commerce Cloud Platform. These updates ensure you have better access to data from inactive advertisers and improved filtering options.

Key Enhancements

  1. Access to Data from Inactive Advertisers

    • Going forward, data from inactive advertiser accounts will continue to be available in reports and dashboards.
    • Inactive advertisers refer to accounts that have been de-linked or are currently not accessible from the application.
  2. Advertiser Status Indicator on Campaign Hierarchy Preview

    • The advertiser account ID will now be displayed on the campaign hierarchy preview page.
    • If the advertiser is inactive, a warning sign will be shown next to the account ID to indicate its status.
  3. New Advertiser Status Filter in Automation Inbox & Performance Dashboards

    • A filter for advertiser status has been added to Automation Inbox and Performance Dashboard (both Full Funnel Campaigns and All Campaigns views)
    • This enables users to segment and analyze campaigns based on advertiser status.
  4. New Advertiser Status Filter in Reporting Tool

    • While generating Basic Performance and Full Funnel Performance reports via the reporting tool, users can now filter by advertiser status to refine their reports.

Benefits

  • Continued Access to Historical Data – Users can reference and analyze data from inactive advertisers even after accounts are de-linked.
  • Improved Visibility – The advertiser account ID and warning sign provide clarity on account accessibility while navigating campaign data.
  • Enhanced Filtering – New filters across dashboards and reports allow for more precise campaign performance analysis based on advertiser status.
