We have released several new features to enhance flexibility and control while configuring TikTok campaigns through the media plan upload:


1. Support for Creator Authorised Posts as Creatives

You can now use creator-authorised posts as creatives in your TikTok campaigns. To enable this, provide the authorisation code shared by the creator in the column Authorization Code of the input sheet.


Additional Note

If all campaigns in your media plan use creator authorised posts, then identity selection is not required during the upload. Identity selection becomes mandatory only if at least one campaign does not use a creator authorised post.


Benefits

  • Unlock access to creator-generated content without needing direct asset uploads.
  • Improve campaign performance by leveraging native, creator-led content that resonates better with audiences.



2. Support for Day-Parting

You can now configure day-parting at the ad set level to run ads only during specific time slots. Time slots can be set in 30-minute intervals using the column Dayparting in the input sheet.

  • Increase efficiency by running ads only during peak performance hours.
  • Improve budget utilization by avoiding low-engagement time periods.
  • Gain granular control over ad delivery aligned to audience behaviour, store timings, or campaign strategy.



3. Support for Viewability VAST URL and Brand Safety VAST URL

TikTok campaigns now support third-party viewability and brand safety VAST tags (IAS, MOAT, and DoubleVerify). These can be added in the respective columns of the media plan input sheet.

  • Ensure higher campaign quality through trusted third-party viewability measurement.
  • Strengthen brand safety controls and avoid unsafe or inappropriate inventory.
  • Improve transparency and performance validation with industry-standard verification partners.
