Publish campaigns in bulk
You can use the following steps to publish campaigns that were created using the bulk upload feature.
- Navigate to the Ads Builder app and select the "Campaign Listing" section.
- Switch to the campaign list view.
- Click on the three-dot icon located in the action menu. This will trigger a pop-up window displaying the available actions that can be performed.
- Click on publish action, to publish your campaigns.
- Once the process is complete, you will be notified in the upper-right corner of the application, as demonstrated below
The status icon of the campaign will turn green as shown below.
To publish your campaigns on DV360, you'll need to obtain the Structured Data Files (SDF) from Discovery Commerce platform and import them into your DV360 platform. The latest version of SDF files (Version 5.5) is now available for download. Instructions are available here.
Delete a published campaign for DV360:
For Display and Video 360, with this release, users with specific permission can delete a published campaign. This allows you to correct any data in the input file and re-upload for generating the SDF file for an already processed campaign. This will ensure that any custom reports generated from the Shopalyst platform will have the right campaign information.
